BOARDING FEES

(from 1st. January 2011)

We are proud to say that our fees are inclusive of branded quality food OF YOUR CHOICE, bedding, heating, insurance, standard medication and lots of tender loving care, in a safe stress-free environment.

There are no “hidden extras”, we do not charge extra for administering standard oral medications, nor would we dream of charging an owner to give a cat a cuddle – those, together with lots of chatting and interaction

take place all day and are automatic!   However where an owner requests personal supervision over feeding (which can take between 30-60mins each meal) when two or more cats are sharing a chalet and have separate diets that must be isolated from each

other and/or insulin injections, with late night monitoring, being a very time consuming addition, then an extra charge of £2.50 per day per chalet will be made. The alternative solution where diets cannot be mixed is to have separate chalets.

Larger chalets are used for three, four or five cats.  Only cats from the same home may share a chalet.

It should be noted during May-September, that customers who have two or three cats and insist that they are housed in separate chalets will now incur a supplemental charge of an additional 50% boarding fee per extra cat as they are denying another customer the availability of a chalet.

One cat in a chalet	2012....£9.25 per day
Two cats sharing	2012....£15.50 per day
Three cats sharing	2012....£19.25 per day
Four cats sharing	2012....£22.50 per day

	Minimum charge of £34.00 for a short stay of (under 4 days for 1 cat). Minimum Charge is £50 at Christmas during the period from 22nd December until 4th. January
	Our fees include veterinary insurance, pre-existing conditions are excluded.
	We charge a full day’s board for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
	We can accept payment of boarding fees by cash or cheque and payment should be made at the time of collection or, in the case of long term boarders, we would appreciate if accounts are paid monthly. Card details may be taken should a customer fail to pay at time of collection with a 5% surcharge added to the bill..
	If a cat is collected before the end of the booked period, fees are still payable for the whole of the booked period.  This is necessary as we may have had to turn down other bookings for the same period.
	We reserve the right to request a cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, particularly during peak periods.
	We respectfully request that any NEW customers  who book by telephone will be required to pay a deposit, as we have been let down numerous times in the past by people not informing us of a cancellation, leaving us with empty chalets at busy times, in addition to us having refused other bookings.
	Cancellations of all bookings must be made directly to the owners. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice

Pond View

A large 5 star luxury detached chalet under a large apple tree in a prime south/west facing position with various luxury features,

overlooking the 3 tier pond, a favourite place where the birds like to bathe in the channels between the ponds and

is in very close proximity to the house.

Pond View is available for bookings with between 1 and 6 cats from the same household.
