We are proud
to say that our fees are inclusive of branded quality food, bedding,
heating, insurance and lots of tender loving care, in a safe stress-free
environment. There are no
“hidden extras”, we do not charge extra for administering medication,
such as insulin injections, nor would we dream of charging an owner to
give a cat a cuddle – those are automatic!
Larger
chalets are used for three or four cats. Only
cats from the same home may share.

Minimum charge of £29.40
for a short stay. |
 |
Our fees include veterinary insurance, pre-existing conditions are
excluded. |
 |
We
charge a full day’s board for the day of arrival and the day of
departure, as the chalet is only available for your cat on those
days. |
 |
We
can accept payment of boarding fees by cash or cheque and payment
should be made at the time of collection or, in the case of long
term boarders, we would appreciate if accounts are paid monthly. |
 |
If
a cat is collected before the end of the booked period, fees are
still payable for the whole of the booked period.
This is necessary as we may have had to turn down other
bookings for the same period. |
 |
We
reserve the right to request a cancellation fee if a booking is
cancelled with less than 14 days notice, particularly during peak
periods. |
We
respectfully request that any NEW customers who
book by telephone will be requested to pay a deposit as we have been
let down in the past by people not cancelling, leaving us with empty
chalets at busy times, in addition to us having refused other
bookings. |
